About us
Access To Business was set up in 2004 supported by funding from Wolverhampton City Council Community Initiatives.
We provide services supporting local people into employment and self-employment and also recruitment services, office services and training courses for local businesses. Demand for our services has grown year on year. We actively contribute to Council and local enterprise partnership regeneration targets.
Over the years we have developed a strong reputation in the region for our professional approach and our quality services. Our knowledgeable team have a real passion for helping those seeking a pathway into employment or training, and a strong commitment to tackling unemployment in the Black Country region. Access To Business has become an organisation that both job seekers and businesses can trust to deliver reliable and valuable services.
In 2011 Access To Business was awarded the Social Enterprise Mark and named as no 41 in the RBS top 100 social enterprises.

Services We Offer
A2B provides services supporting local people into employment and social enterprise. Access to Business also delivers services to local start-ups and SMEs to support them to develop and grow. Demand for our services has grown year on year and we now operate across the Black Country region, actively contributing to Wolverhampton Council and local enterprise partnership regeneration targets.
A2B is a UKOnline centre and we are currently delivering UKOnline specialist programmes providing intensive 1-2-1 support for disabled people including IT, Finance and informing on HMRC services.

The services are delivered by a team of experienced advisors. All of our advisors have relevant qualifications, such as IAG L3/L4 or SFEDI Accredited Business Advisors and all trainers hold recognised training qualifications.

Our Mission is that all disadvantaged people to realise their full potential and to have an equal opportunity to compete in the workplace. Our Vision is to be an independent and authoritative advocate to support disadvantaged people in the Black Country towards training, employment, self-employment and enterprise with a specialism for support for disadvantaged people with health problems or disabilities.
