Privacy Policy for Partners for Purpose by Clear Voice


Introduction Partners for Purpose is a platform owned and operated by Clear Voice, we are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we use your data. We only use the information we collect about you in accordance with UK Data Protection Law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA). This Privacy Policy, together with our website Terms and Conditions, explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we store it. For the purposes of this notice, Clear Voice acts as the data controller.


Clear Voice, the trading name of Migrant Help Trading Limited, is the data controller. Migrant Help Trading Limited is wholly owned by the charity Migrant Help, with all profits donated to support Migrant Help's vital work.


Where Clear Voice provides services to customers, we may act as a data processor under UK GDPR Article 28 clauses. Details can be found in our Terms and Conditions and Annex A.

Suppliers and Customers of Partners for Purpose


When you interact with the Partners for Purpose platform:


· Social Enterprises: Profiles and information can be submitted by the social enterprises or generated by the content team from publicly available information on the internet.


· Buyers: Buyers may contact Partners for Purpose for introductions to social enterprise suppliers. Clear Voice’s admin team will facilitate these introductions based on your preferences.



Retention of Data


Personal data is retained for a period of seven years beyond the last entry in records, in compliance with statutory obligations. Any paper records are securely shredded, and electronic files are deleted by our IT department.



Complaints


You have the right to complain if you believe that your data has been mishandled. You can contact Clear Voice directly via email or our website's dedicated complaints contact form. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local data protection regulator if you reside outside of the UK.



How We Keep Your Data Safe


Clear Voice ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We conduct regular reviews of access to ensure only authorized personnel can access your data. External companies processing data on our behalf are subject to strict contractual agreements to ensure data protection compliance.
