About us

Revolutionising the way people think about menstrual and gender equity at work. Founded by charity Bloody Good Period.

The world of work has been built so that people who menstruate are at a disadvantage.

Our Research has shown that:

🩸89% have experienced anxiety or stress in the workplace due to their period

🩸25% believe that taking time off because of menstrual health issues has impacted their career progression

🩸4% never have access to toilets or breaks while at work

We're here to help you to change that.

We offer support and education for employers who are committed to promoting equality, diversity and the rights of all workers to be treated fairly.

Our Impact

70000+ employees through the delivery of the Bloody Good Employers

We've reached 70,000+ employees through the delivery of the Bloody Good Employers accreditation programme and supported 60+ employers to improve their support around workplace inclusion. We donate all profit to parent charity Bloody Good Period to support in getting period products and education to those who need them.
