We Are Social Enterprise Recruitment is, as the name would suggest, a Social Enterprise whose business model is that of a recruitment agency. Since our inception in 2018, we have pioneered Social Enterprise in the recruitment industry and laid the foundations from which the industry we see today is built. We are thrilled to have seen other companies follow our example and we continue our mission to be the industry leader for Social Enterprise in recruitment.
As part of Chiron Group, we are able to provide outstanding service to our clients by having industry-leading recruitment software and practices, allowing us to compete at the highest level and work with some of the industries' biggest clients, whilst still maintaining our core values of Social Enterprise.
In 2023, We Are Social Enterprise was selected to become part of the Goldman Sachs 10KSB program. The program was an amazing experience and it was a privilege to be included alongside such an inspirational group of business leaders.
Our Social Mission
Our mission is built on the core foundation of creating social value through recruitment, helping the disadvantaged and underrepresented increase their chances of finding work. We help overcome employment barriers, increase self confidence and raise awareness of the employment opportunities that are available to them.
